When do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Your invoice lists the ways to pay.

How fast can you get to me?
As soon as we can, 24/7. Call and we will tell you when a plumber can be with you.
Do you charge more after hours?
There is an after-hours rate, and we tell you exactly what it is on the phone before we dispatch. No surprises on the invoice.
Where is my water toby?
Usually near your front boundary in a small plastic or concrete box. Turn it clockwise to shut off. If you cannot find it, we will help on the phone.
